Tuesday • Arrival Day
Settle into your accommodations, explore the estate, walk to the beach, and enjoy a relaxed evening in Kihei.
Wednesday • Private Charter
Please be ready to depart together from the villas at 2121 Iliʻili Road, Kihei, HI 96753.
Five-hour catamaran adventure to Molokini Crater and a second snorkeling destination, often Turtle Town. This private charter has already been arranged for our group. Watch the Trilogy charter video ↗
Continental breakfast, cinnamon rolls, tropical fruit, Kona coffee, BBQ chicken lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, snorkel gear, flotation devices, wetsuit tops upon request, fresh-water showers, reef-safe sunscreen, and two premium beverages for guests 21+ on the return sail.
Swimsuit, towel, sun protection, a light jacket or cover-up, photo ID if enjoying alcoholic beverages, and your license plate number for harbor parking.
Maʻalaea Harbor parking is approximately $1 per hour. Pay for about six hours using the posted QR-code system. The harbor address is 11 Maʻalaea Harbor Road, Wailuku, HI 96793 ↗.
If you are prone to seasickness, contact your healthcare provider before the trip about a prescription motion-sickness patch. These generally work best when applied before the morning of the charter.
The remainder of the afternoon is free.
We’ll gather back at the estate and grill together.
Thursday • Relax & Explore
Breakfast foods will be set out at the gazebo.
For Holli, Bryan, Kallie, Dylan, Owen, Sammy, and Hudson.
Relax at the pool or beach, explore Kihei, walk the Wailea Beach Path ↗, shop, or enjoy lunch and happy hour.
Drive into Wailea for dinner, drinks, the boardwalk, or shopping. Guests choosing to dine in Wailea will pay for their own meal and drinks. Dinner food at the villas has already been paid for and will be available for anyone who prefers to stay in and grill.
Friday • Wedding Day
Breakfast foods will be set out at the gazebo.
Uber vouchers will be available if needed, and transportation to Gather Wedding Knoll is covered by the bride and groom.

Saturday • Departure

What’s covered
We want the week to be easy to plan. Here is what has already been arranged for the group and what guests should plan to purchase themselves.
Estate essentials
Helpful information for settling in, sharing the estate, and making the most of the week.
There is no daily maid service at the villas. Please keep your accommodation tidy and use the shared laundry if needed.
Breakfast foods will be available at the gazebo on Wednesday through Saturday mornings. Accommodations will be divided into teams to help set breakfast out each morning.
Sandwich supplies, fruit, salads, snacks, and other lunch items will be available in Villa 3. Please help yourself whenever convenient.
Guests may enjoy the pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, shared washer and dryer, tropical gardens, and the gazebo gathering area.
Villas include beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels for days at Cove Beach or Charley Young Beach.
Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests. No smoking, pets, or separate parties are permitted at the accommodations.

Cove Beach Park, Charley Young Beach, Kamaole beaches, Wailea Beach Path ↗, snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
Kihei restaurants, cafés, farmer’s markets, Kalama Village, The Shops at Wailea, and casual dining within a short drive or walk.

Beach Day
A wide, scenic beach south of Wailea known for beautiful sand, shore breaks, and lifeguarded areas. It is approximately 10 miles or about a 20–25 minute drive from the villas in normal traffic.
Address: Mākena Alanui Road, Kihei, HI 96753. A useful navigation point is near 5400 Mākena Alanui Road.
Use extra caution in the water: the shore break can be powerful even when conditions look inviting.

Evening Experience

Scenic Walk
A beautiful oceanfront walk connecting beaches and resorts throughout Wailea. The main path is about 1.6 miles each way and can easily be shortened for a relaxed sunset stroll.
